As VPMA, she organizes and maintains annual critiques of all doctor providers, drives consistency in care and reduces variation in care, drives development, referrals, and enlargement of ancillary providers, in addition to being responsible for driving medical practices behavior adjustments to satisfy requirements and metrics set forth by value primarily based contracts. She completed undergraduate research at Johns Hopkins University and completed the Executive MBA program at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. Dr. Cherot obtained her medical degree at the University of Rochester in New York. While a resident on the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry Strong Memorial Hospital, she engaged in several analysis tasks resulting in publications and was honored with membership within the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Upon completion of her residency, Dr Cherot headed south working as a OB/GYN at Eastside Women̢۪s Specialists in Birmingham, Alabama. From there she relocated to New Jersey taking a place at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School as college and clinician. In this position, she created an award-profitable curriculum, established a financially independent business mannequin, recruited school and mentored medical students.
